Test the actual app
Open a fully functional, database-backed test workspace containing only fictional guests. You can submit reasons and requests, refresh, and test the manager queue. Changes are isolated from all ECFS guest and employee records.
Both test roles use the real staging database and fictional guests. Use Manager to reassign a guest to QA Sample Colleague, then return here and choose Employee to verify their queue.
Real Helm Guest Examples (Read Only)
Actual sanitized checkouts from Helm. These are NOT fictional QA records. They include genuine reservation and customer IDs, locations, services, and available credit/membership signals, but guest names were intentionally excluded from the secure webhook mirror. All eligibility remains unverified.
No actions here write to the original Conversion Analysis spreadsheet, create employee tasks, charge guests, send texts or affect employee scores. Data is for comparing the current business logic against genuine Helm cases.

Enroll the entire team in one batch
Use one private file containing the verified employee IDs and four-digit phone suffixes. This replaces entering fifteen individual forms. No credentials are stored in the browser, Google Sheets, GitHub, or application logs. An authorized manager session is required.
